the receptionist staff was amazing! i received friendly and accommodating service. the washing machine in the two-bedroom apartment was a bonus, and i really appreciated the little package they provided to get us started.

uncomfortable mattressesfailed ignition

I was disappointed that the mattresses were very uncomfortable. it made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. also, the electronic ignition on the gas hobs did not work. we had to use a cigarette lighter to light them. This was a safety concern.

my four-night visit during the off-season was good. the location proved peaceful. key collection was straightforward. staff was quick and helpful, even fixing a door issue we encountered. the room was prepared well and clean. we received new towels after two days, and i highly recommend this place.

The apartment had a good-sized balcony (I used it every morning for coffee).

The walls seemed quite thin. I could hear children crying next door at night. It was hard to sleep through that noise. the provided toaster needed to be held down to work. That felt a bit unsafe.
